It has been a while since I've posted anything here and mostly that is due to a lack of focus. I want to paint, write, draw, do concept art, comic books, design and etc. I soon suffered a horrible meltdown and then didn't know what I wanted to do. After much thought I decided to something that kind of combined all these things and re-ignited the passion for what I want to do with my life. Which is just create the most fantastic creatures, realms and stories anyone has ever seen. So how am I going to do this? Well with an all out BANG of an ART show! So within a year. Hopefully by next halloween i will have a good 10-15 paintings to show. Not digital paintings, actual oil paintings. It has been too long since i've touched a brush. I'm really stoked about this. I've been thinking about it for a while now but I think i have a good idea of what i'm going to do.

I would love to hear your opinions. As for my other projects. I will continue to focus on my thesis/story. It just needs to get done. Just the writing though. The images can always come later.

What I would love to ask is...how do you all stay focus? how do you all keep you drive pumping?

I was expecting to organize my room, do some drawing, and relax this weekend. Going to be productive. Then I get a message that my uncle is going to the coast to fish and that there was room for one more. So I've pretty much dropped everything and am now re-stringing my fishing pole and getting my gear all ready. Yeah I'm a fishing nut. Bought my 40 dollar salt and fresh water license too. The weather has been pretty decent these past few days so hopefully it is a good day on the water. Plan on taking my sketch book though. Should be fun.
